Things to note:

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase

  • Gift vouchers are strictly non-refundable, but are transferable

  • Unused value of the gift voucher will not be rolled over

  • Passengers must be at least 8 years old

  • There is no wheelchair access to the boat. Passengers must be able to descend and climb a vertical ladder of 3 to 5 steps from the berth to embark and disembark the boat
